* Please note:

• All the printers(Excluding accessories) shipping from China might cause tariffs, please know well about your country's laws, all the products Comgrow sells default FOB trading terms, the buyers will take responsibility for all kinds of taxes in their country. Shipping from the local state has no import tariffs required.
• Most parts will ship from China while some accessories will be sent from overseas, please be aware! We have an overseas warehouse for most printers, but few don't. Regarding the printer shipping from China, we will use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, etc. If you have any special shipping method, please contact us by online chat or email us.
• Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
• All packages have specific tracking information.
• You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

  A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

  Orders will be processed within 1-7 business days after full payment is received. Handling time of Express Global Shipping may take up to 3 days due to COVID-19. Tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available.

  Products from the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers, or at different times based on item availability.

• We are offering standard free shipping everyday on U.S. orders shipping.
• This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
• Normal order's handling time will be within 3-5 business days. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe, and will detail in product bullet points.
• Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

• FAQ:

  1. Whether global free shipping or not?

  Answer: It is not global free shipping. Due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, we provide part of the country with free shipping.
   

  2. Why do I need to pay for remote area fees?

  Answer: Due to Express company (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.) delimit different areas as remote areas based on their standard. We do not know whether your address is a remote area before we get your address information. So if your address is in a remote area, you need to pay remote area fees.

  3. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information? 

  Answer: after you finish payment, we need 1-3 days to handle the order, then send it to the Express company. The Express company needs to check and record, then arrange delivery. As standard, it needs 3-5 days to update first tracking information. If there is no information within 7-10 days, please contact the buyer servicer.

  4. Why do I need to pay tax for our local Express or local customs?

  Answer: if your local Express company charges you money, please ask them why they charge a fee and what for.  It is crucial for the buyer.

  About customs charging fees. Nobody can control, every country's customs have different Import and export tariff systems, so if you want to avoid customs fee, please tell our service your request. We will do as per your request.

  5. How many days will I receive my printer?

  Answer: usually after updating the first tracking information. It needs 5-15 days.

  About packing:

  1, Modular packaging, all 3d printer parts are in a box, scientific packaging design, each piece carefully protected to ensure safe arrival.
