How do Comgrow calculate your one-year Warranty?
Excluding force majeure, the one-year Warranty is supposed to be available as soon as the order is at delivered status, and then it covers one year(365 days in total). If the order includes 2 packs or more, the Warranty will be calculated individually base on real-time delivery information.
*Extruder kits are covered for 3 months
How to obtain the Warranty?

Gather evidence: Depending on the product and the issue, you may need to provide proof of purchase, serial number, or photos of the problem.

Contact the manufacturer: Reach out to Comgrowby email, Messenger or through the website to start the warranty claim process. You may be asked to provide information about the product and the issue you are experiencing.

Provide documentation: You may be asked to provide documentation or photos to support your claim. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for submitting this information.

Wait for a response: The manufacturer will review your claim and provide a response, which can take several days or longer, depending on the issue's complexity.

Complete repairs or receive a replacement: If your warranty claim is approved, the Comgrowwill either provide instructions for repairing the product or send you a replacement.
What will Comgrow do during the Warranty?
Comgrow provide free replacement of extruder kits within 3 months, and provide a 1-year warranty for all major parts including the motherboard, motor, screen display and hotbed. Comgrow will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by email/Messenger on working days. It’s an accountability for us to direct you to download and install particular software updates, send troubleshooting steps in details and ask some related questions for better solving. If the issue cannot be resolved over the e-mail/Messenger or through the application of software updates, Comgrow will arrange for an accessory replacement if the issue falls under this Warranty.
*The Warranty period of the machine remains unchanged.
Note: Hot Bed Stickers/nozzles and other consumables are not covered by the Warranty if they are not caused by refurbished machine defection.

GENERAL TERMS
Comgrow guarantees that subject to the following conditions, Return Service, Refund Service, Replace Service and Warranty Repair Service can be requested.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations
Returning products for any reason other than a proven defectBuyer’s accidental returnsReturning personal itemsReturning items claimed to have defects but found by Comgrow quality control to be in working conditionReturning defective items in international shippingCosts associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Part Replacement for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Comgrow are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement part provided by Comgrow may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty. A replacement part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.
What to Do Before Obtaining After-Sales Service
Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
Comgrow must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
